The world’s best young judokas are making their way to Abu Dhabi, UAE, for the biggest event of their young careers, at the Junior World Championships from 23-27 October while the event is Iran's fourth and final World Championships of 2015 following cadet, senior and veteran events in August and September.
Accordingly, Iran’s Mohammad Reshnonejad at -55kg weight and Ahmad Ghasemi at -60 weight will meet their rivals on Friday October 23.
Meanwhile, on the second day of the competitions on Saturday October 24, Mehdi Fathipoor, Alireza Khojasteh and Omid Tiztak will represent Iran at -66 and -73kg weights while the Iranian judo fighters at -81 and -90kg weights Iman Nikeghbal, Hamed Rashidi and Hamidreza Malekzadeh will appear on tatami on Sunday and finally Ramin Safavieh will fight for Iran at -100kg weight on the last day of individual competitions, Monday.
The team competitions will be held on Tuesday October 27 with the attendance of Iran’s young national team.
The Iranian Judokas will depart for Abu Dhabi on Thursday morning October 22.
